Abstract:
The continuous increase of water necessities to sea site settlements, created the problem to pursues the collection of rain waters in order to use them, after their treatment to succeed the necessary quality improvement. To realize that we need at first to mark the invented water sources to the neighboring area of the serviced district, in order to collect the necessary water quantities, for the covering of the existing necessities. One part of the sustained pollution is removed from the water treatment installations and another remain to the natural medium.
Further treatment include the abstraction of pollutants by natural mechanisms, as from biodegradation, photolyse, votalisation, adsorption, degradation, fixation from vegetables, that are foreseen co be installed downstream from water treatment installations.
Further water treatment will include rain water coming from roofs and other waters from country side areas, where will be collected enough water quantities. The water will be treated with conventional methοds, in order to succeed the foreseen quality and then follow their transfer to ZONES of REGECTION WITH SUITABLE VEFETATION (ZRV). In order to have better treatment results.
These include the elimination of micropollutants from the water phase, as also other pollutants traces, with tendency to arrive to the best quality of water for human consumption.
